Welcome to our FAQ page! We've compiled a list of the most common questions we receive from our customers. If you can't find the answer you're looking for, please don't hesitate to contact us. We are always happy to help!

What Forms Of Payment Do You Accept?

We accept cash or card

 

You can pay invoices using a debit or credit card through the square invoice sent via email or drop off a cash payment. There is no fee for you to use our payment system using a debit/credit card.

 

Afterpay is also available for your convenience through the invoice system upon request, but a surcharge will apply.

Final Payment is due 1 week prior to your event date.

Is There A Damage Deposit?

We require a valid credit card on file in the case of damage to items, but do not require you to pay this deposit up front. If damage is found, the amount that can be charged would be between $1 - $200 depending on what is damaged. We would contact you before a charge is made in the unfortunate event if this occurred.

How Do I Check Availability Or Book?

You can reserve your packages online by clicking the submit a date request button. This form collects all info for us to create your contract and invoices to reserve your date.

How Does Delivery, Setup, & Pick Up Work?

Simply let us know what time you would like us to deliver extras and setup the photo booth. Please plan for 1 hour for us to setup the photo booth and do a test run. We can give a run down of how it works if requested, otherwise we will head out until it is time to pick it back up (takes appx. 30 min to tear down).

 

We will have our phone on us in case of emergencies and check in on the online gallery to ensure things are running smoothly while we are away. We are a drop and go photo booth, so no hovering here!

Can I Keep The Photo Booth At My Event Longer Than Normal Reservation  Hours?

Included in the photo booth full day rental, we setup as early as 10am and pick up as late as 10pm. 

 

Additional late night hours may be reserved as an add on and we can pick up the booth as late as 2am. That way you can capture the extra goofiness of the night!​

 

Simply let us know what time you would like us  to come back and pick up. If you find out that day you want to keep the booth longer than reserved, simply shoot us a text or call and let us know. We can send you the extra amount owed after your event, so you don't have to cut the fun short. We want to be as accommodating as possible so the skies the limit!

What If I Need Setup To Be Earlier Than 10am?

Need an early start with your extras? Or just want the booth to be there to capture the getting ready process of your day? No problem!

Additional early bird hours may be reserved as an add on and we can drop off and setup as early as 6am.

How Do Extras Work?

Any extras added to your booking will be packed up in easy to see clear bins. Labeled and complete with a checklist for easy tracking. Simply open the bins up, decorate, and place items back in before scheduled pick up time. 

What Is The Payment Structure?

A $50 deposit is due 3 days after signing the contract to secure your date.

​This deposit is refundable for up to 7 days after the signed contract. After 7 days this deposit goes towards your final total owed and is non refundable if date is canceled.

Final payment is due 1 week prior to your event.

What If I'm Not Good With Technology?

No worries! Our photo booth is easy to use once setup is complete. Our custom designed screen will say tap to start so you and guests easily know how to begin with a simple touch screen. If you can use a phone, you can use our booth!

Our contracts, invoices, and info forms are all done electronically. If paper copies are desired, just let us know and we would be happy to accommodate. Cash payment can always be dropped off at our other business: Ruff Cuts Dog Grooming in Norwood young America, MN as we do not have an office location at the moment.

Can I See The Booth In Action Before Booking My Date?

Yes! We would be happy to show you around the photo booth in person if requested. Since we do not have an office location at the moment, we would be happy to setup our booth at our other place of business: Ruff Cuts Dog Grooming in Norwood young America, MN.
